HaShem andd women HaShem did not exclude women in learning both oral and written Torah, our recollection of Sarah, Hagar, Rebekah, Leah, Rachel, Bilhah, Zillah and Deborah (Judge) also at Mount Sinai.
whilst there are differences in the education of laws and commandments regarding both men and women in the Torah, it is important for women to learn the Torah completely, as a woman either is, or may become a mother and education of children begins in the home.
How would a woman know if her children and husband are not being fully observant if she does not learn the Torah fully? Or is this based upon the child's father taking equal responsibility in teaching the children Torah?
